How to Book a Space on One of Our Scheduled Tours

To book a space on one of our scheduled, small-group guided tours, just contact us either by email or telephone; we'll answer all of your questions and help you determine if a particular trip is what you're looking for. To hold a space, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 per traveler.  Once payment is received, we send you a Pre-Trip Information Packet with everything you need to plan and prepare for the trip.  If you have any questions along the way, just contact us and we'll assist you.

How to Plan a Custom Trip

If you're interested in having us help you plan a custom dream trip, just contact us by telephone or email to begin the process.  We'll discuss your ideas, parameters and timeline.To begin work on your customized,private trip we require a non-refundable planning fee of $500.  Once the fee is received, work begins on your trip, using the information we've agreed to. After you've signed off on the itinerary for your trip, we take care of all of the arrangements and details and make sure that your trip is all that you've dreamed it would be.
